Smarter Invitation Routing
When sending invitations, the dropdown now automatically routes consumers to the correct flow based on your selection:
- DTC
- DTM
- DTC + Cards
- DTM + Cards
- Cards Only
The options shown reflect your merchant’s enabled programs—you’ll only see what’s relevant to your setup. The system also remembers your last-used selection, so sending multiple invites during busy periods is faster.
Application Ownership Reassignment
Merchant admins can now reassign application owners, making it easier to balance workloads or hand off applicants between team members.
Sales Rep View Update
Merchant sales rep users will now only see applications assigned to them—not all merchant applications.
This keeps dashboards focused and reduces noise. Admins retain full visibility.
