Enable will pay Reseller an amount equal to 1) all the commissions received by Enable for the merchant in question for the loan 2) less any applicable Enable tech fee and any third party costs and 3) multiplied by applicable percentage.  The applicable commission percentages, Enable tech fee and other amounts are set forth below and also may be updated from time to time at https://www.enablefinancing.com/exhibit-a/ and any such changes will be automatically incorporated into this Agreement by reference as amendment to this Agreement.
