White Label Intake

Hello and congratulations on the start
of your White Label platform with Enable! 

We are excited to begin this partnership with you and are eager to get you up and running!

We’ve got a lot to do, but rest assured we will be in communication with you every step of the way during your onboarding.  Here is a general plan and traditional timeline for what your next 5-7 days will entail:

Payment Account Setup

  • Once your banking info is provided, you should receive an invoice from us (via Bill.com) for the Setup fee
  • You will also receive an invite to connect with us (Enable, LLC) through Bill.com to transmit payments electronically (Eg. Enable monthly fee and rev share/commissions paid out to you)

White Label Platform Setup

  • Among other things listed below you will need to upload logos and colors. To ensure your branding is properly reflected across the platform, applications, landing pages, and notifications, please follow the guidelines below.

Training/Overview/Q&A Call

  • Upon completion of your White Label setup, we will schedule a call to go over your Admin access to the platform, provide an overview/training of your White Label platform, and fine-tune the general settings to better fit your intended use and financing scenarios/situations

Weekly Touch Base

  • We will have the first of a series of 4 Weekly calls to ensure you are getting the most out of your platform within the first 30 days of being live
    • Each weekly touch base call we will set goals/milestones to achieve so you can have the most efficient path to success
  • We can continue the weekly call as needed to ensure you have what you need to begin using your platform.

Once you get these items over to us, we will work on getting your White Label set up and also send over a User Invite so you can set that up to be able to log in and access the platform.  We will then reach out to schedule a training/overview session with you (and anyone else on your team you would like to invite) to get you trained on the platform and the Admin functions.
